AST took the initiative to promote the CounteR Project at the world’s largest mobile industry event – the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2023 – at which AST has maintained consistent presence over the past years.

The AST representatives highlighted CouneR’s ground-breaking research initiatives, aimed at targeting both LEAs and ISPs and end-users as an innovative H2020-funded project. They also promoted the early-warning tool for detecting potential radical content and curb the spread of radicalisation, through which end-users will be enabled to act pre-emptively against radical content and ensure a safer online environment.

As a result, many participants in the fair expressed interest in CounteR, impressed by its innovative and practical approach.
